As a bodyworker 25+ years with masterful mentors, Michelle is very down to earth and approachable. Dr. Gill holds a Masters and a Doctorate Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has accreditations in Medical Qi Gong, Shamanism, Crystal and Essential oil therapy and Facial rejuvenation procedures. She is a Bay Area native that started in the Tech Industry. Her life shifted to the Healing Arts when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Gina is often referred to as our "Soft Therapist", a designation she takes with pride! Her personal mission is
to convey the utmost respect, caring and comfort through human touch with Massage and CranioSacral Therapy, enabling the body to invoke its own intelligent healing power.
At McKinnon Body Therapy Center Gina received her training and chose to supplement the standard coursework with techniques focusing on chronically ill populations who receive a lot of poking and prodding, but not enough touch that helps them feel good in their bodies. Courses included Elderly, Oncology, Trauma/PTSD survivors, Hospice, and CranioSacral Therapy. She went on to take advanced oncology training (Massage for Individuals Living with Cancer) at Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA, and advanced hospice training with Irene Smith, a world-renowned pioneer in the field. Gina took the full schedule of core courses in CranioSacral Therapy at Upledger Institute International; John Upledger was the inventor of this therapy. Gina is committed to providing safe, caring touch for individuals who are physically compromised, and listening attentively to what they need to support their journey. She has also been a provider for the Sandra Wing Healing Therapies Foundation since 2012, and after their program ends this year, Gina will continue discounting her rates for oncology patients.

As the “Soft Therapist”, Gina's work is always very gentle and slow, taking great care to move with intention in each step. For clients who have no medical complications, sessions can go deep into the muscles as needed. She warms up the tissue first and put only enough pressure for the knots to unwind themselves; without digging into the body against its will. Another key objective for most massage clients is relaxation so a slower, steady sinking into the tissue feels much more predictable and allows a client to direct the session - whether they want to keep the same pressure of unwinding or sink even deeper. During a relaxed massage, the body also releases feel-good hormones of serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin, some fringe benefits that intensify the relaxation effects

Stacy became certified as a Biofeedback practitioner by L.I.F.E. System in 2013, and began her business that same year. You will find Stacy most helpful in the shop, as well as in the therapy room. Her brightness and eager to help attitude is infectious.

"My yoga and mindfulness journey started in 2005. While the physical form of yoga resonated with me from day one, the mental and philosophical practice took time to understand and adopt in my everyday life. Finding the teachers and the classes that resonated in my body and my mind, was the flip of the switch I needed to begin my practice in earnest 8 years, after my physical practice of yoga began, I was ready to truly take in the teachings. Slowly the focus of my practice turned from the physical asana to the spiritual practice, and I knew that I had found my way home, the home within myself. I completed my first 200 hour training in Power Vinyasa Flow in 2016, and have been teaching Yoga ever since. I have since completed more than 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training rooted in Power Vinyasa, with an emphasis on mindful movement and connection with the Self. Vinyasa classes with me can often challenge the physical body, and breathe to release the trappings of the mind. Gentle yoga classes are where we can slow the practice down, soften the edges, and connect with physical movement of yoga in a way that engages your mind, body, and soul. As a ThetaHealing Practitioner, I often weave my energy work into my classes through meditation and somatic connection. I use my training and these teachings to help people connect to their Mind, Body, and Spirit. From a young age, I realized I was different than others, yet I was too young to understand and accept my uniqueness. While other children were playing with toys, I was gazing at the stars, experiencing strange sensations and phenomena which I now know were interactions with spirit, angels, and otherworldly beings that were so much bigger and stronger than myself. I overcame many hardships throughout my teenage and young adult years, realizing more and more that I had special gifts and abilities that I couldn’t ignore.
I spent many years rejecting my gifts and abilities as well as dismissing my intuition and connection with spirit in an effort to “fit in” with my peers and general society. I tried to gain understanding of myself and others by exploring Psychology and ultimately attained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Child Development. That was the first step towards understanding myself, healing past trauma, and discovering my place in the world. My life and path have always been very unique, a bit eccentric, albeit spiritual path. As I started to embrace my gifts and abilities, I learned how to heal myself and the relationships I had with those around me. I saw that as I healed myself, and accepted my uniqueness, my energy started to expand and began to heal those connected to me. Over time, I started to see and realize the interconnectedness of humanity as a whole. Eventually I gained the confidence and was guided by spirit and the angels to help others. I have spent many years searching for answers, learning as much as I could about spirituality and different modalities, gaining self-acceptance, and ultimately healing. I decided to combine my Psychology background, knowledge of the different spiritual modalities, divination tools, and gifts from spirit to help others.
