Hello Beautiful Souls! This reading is timeless, take what resonates and leave the rest. The Oracle deck I’m reading from is entitled, “Buddhism Reading Cards,” by Sofan Chan. The first card represents the past, “#1 Suffering” and indicates that it was a challenging period in your life. The Buddha teaches that conflict and struggles, as well as joy and happiness, are fleeting.These transitory experiences need not be a permanent state. Once we acknowledge that we are experiencing suffering, and that we are not the suffering itself, we then expand our awareness. We must understand the virtues within our difficulties and then use that to achieve peace and happiness. All we have control over is how we respond to what happens to us. You can then transform negative experiences to positive ones. The second card, “#18 Forgiveness” emphasizes that it’s important to release anger toward others, this will release resentments caused by wrongdoings, committed by others or yourself. This will open your heart and a sense of peacefulness, which in turn makes the world around you peaceful and helps send healing vibes to the universe. The third card, “#3 Letting Go” reminds us as we shift into the future that it’s important to also release the need to resist or control outcomes or stop ruminating on negative experiences or unhappy events. Letting go is a conscious choice, and when you do it without judgement it empowers you take the lessons from those experiences, learn from them, and move on. Which gives you back your mental and emotional energy. The fourth card, “#29 Loving-Kindness” serves as the highlight for this reading. One of the noblest traits, there are a few, that fuels loving-kindness…forgiveness. The more you practice loving kindness (distilled essence of pure love) towards yourself and others, in turn you help humanity discover happiness. Namaste!
