About the event
Join us in a healing circle designed to bring peace with what was, and return us to the embodied wisdom of our heart.
This trauma-sensitive experience will guide us through the 7 Portals to the Inner Refuge - Claudia's guided self-inquiry journey - for nervous system support and to sustain the clear vision needed for our path forward.
With a blend of mindfulness practices from HeartMath™ and Positive Intelligence©, we'll honor the body and true emotions, as we gently neutralize fear based thinking, activate the creative, solution-oriented mind, and restore trust in our knowing.
We'll close with a Nourishment* Blessing shared in community, featuring my signature vegan, mineral-rich broth Leche de Gaia to ground and replenish your body/soul/earth connection. Additional nutrient dense delicacies will be included, and sacred food play will be invited!
This is an invitation to end the year with peace for what was, and grounded hope for what's emerging.
