Join us in a healing circle designed to bring peace with what was, and return us to the embodied wisdom of our heart.
This trauma-sensitive experience will guide us through the 7 Portals to the Inner Refuge - Claudia's guided self-inquiry journey - for nervous system support and to sustain the clear vision needed for our path forward.
With a blend of mindfulness practices from HeartMath™ and Positive Intelligence©, we'll honor the body and true emotions, as we gently neutralize fear based thinking, activate the creative, solution-oriented mind, and restore trust in our knowing.
We'll close with a Nourishment* Blessing shared in community, featuring my signature vegan, mineral-rich broth Leche de Gaia to ground and replenish your body/soul/earth connection.
This is an invitation to end the year with peace for what was, and grounded hope for what's emerging.
