Return to Yourself. As the light reaches its peak and the earth is in full expression, we gather to honor the season of growth, vitality, and expansion. This 3-hour in-person experience offers space to: - Ground yourself in the present moment - Acknowledge what is growing and coming into fullness - Connect with nature’s rhythms and your own internal cycle - Sustain your energy and align with what wants to be fully expressed We’ll explore summer’s medicine through the lens of: - The South direction on the Medicine Wheel - Seasonal teachings + earth-based wisdom - Reflection, journaling, and creative planning - Designing your own Summer Solstice Ritual What’s Included: - Guided grounding + prayer to open sacred space - Seasonal teachings inspired by summer and the South - Reflection prompts + space for journaling - Creative ritual-building time
