As the light begins to soften and the earth moves toward harvest, we gather to honor the season of reflection, gratitude, and release. This 3-hour in-person experience offers space to: - Ground yourself in the present moment - Reflect on what has come to fruition and what you're ready to release - Connect with nature’s rhythms and your own internal cycle - Honor your harvest and create space for what’s next We’ll explore fall’s medicine through the lens of: - The West direction on the Medicine Wheel - Seasonal teachings + earth-based wisdom - Reflection, journaling, and creative planning - Designing your own Fall Equinox Ritual What’s Included: - Guided grounding + prayer to open sacred space - Seasonal teachings inspired by fall and the West - Reflection prompts + space for journaling - Creative ritual-building time
