Even when eclipse energy makes it feel like things are shifting, unraveling, or difficult to understand, the Ace of Wands reminds us that something new is also becoming available. We don’t have to know exactly where it will lead. We can choose what feels alive and begin exploring where that energy wants to take us.

⚗️ Temperance | Alchemize the Experience
As we descend, Temperance asks us to hold both worlds: one foot in the depths and one still firmly on the ground.

This is where experience becomes wisdom. Where we take what we’ve lived through, the beautiful and the difficult, and allow it to expand us. Rather than simply carrying our experiences with us, we can integrate them, learn from them, and transform them into something larger.

🌊 Ten of Cups | The Depths Hold Something for You
At the bottom of the descent waits the Ten of Cups: emotional completion, fulfillment, and the wisdom gathered from a long journey.

There are memories here. Highs and lows. Things we have loved deeply and things we may be ready to release. By allowing ourselves to feel what is here, we can begin to understand what each experience gave us, what still belongs with us, and what no longer does.

Together, these cards invite us to let fire and water work alongside one another: the fire that moves us forward and the water that asks us to go within.

To follow what is becoming alive while also honoring what is completing.

Sometimes the most profound healing begins with the simplest acts.

Root Chakra Juice Recipe
• 6 carrots
• 1 red beet
• ½ lemon
• ½ bunch parsley
• 1 whole stalk celery

Juice each ingredient one at a time, adding water as needed.
