Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying on of hands, sometimes touching lightly-sometimes not touching. It is the flowing of Life Force energy through us and is what causes us to be alive. The master practitioner is opening gates in them to flow to the gates in you! If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful warmth that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Then, you’ll receive a reiki session inspired by the themes that came up in your reading. Doing a tarot session prior to a reiki session can help bring clearer intention to the healing session, as well as center you before your session. Receiving a reiki session after a reading can help you to integrate the information in a soft, nurturing, and safe space. This is an intuitively guided session meaning the session will flow to give you exactly what you need in the moment. You will be intuitively guided through meditation as I perform reiki. Sometimes I am called to work with crystals, sound healing, and essential oils. If you’ve been wanting to do both services, this magical combo is a great option for you.

Your session will begin with a reflexology foot massage and flow into reiki using tools such as crystals, vibrational tuning forks, bowls and aromatherapy to enhance the trance. This is deep foot work using pressure points and polarity therapy. Hands, neck and arms are sometimes incorporated.

The calm space created by the practitioner’s meditation invites the animal to join in that relaxed environment. A wonderful way to clear stress or dis-ease from your pet since animals are highly sensitive beings that can pick up the stresses of the environments around them. They have their own chakra system and with reiki we can help clear and alleviate any blockages that are found within their systems. May include messages from your pet and recommendations for their future health and wellbeing.
